Architecturally designed townhouses in Sandringham. Spacious floorplan with a focus on natural light with sleek floor to 3m ceiling windows, these luxury townhouses feature 4 bedrooms, 3.5 fully-tiled bathrooms, built-in joinery and Ceaserstone throughout, dual living zones, generous double auto garage plus intercom, ducted vacuum, alarm and 6-star energy rating.

Architecturally designed warehouse development at the forefront of the newly developed Rosebud Industrial Estate. Project involved end-to-end project management including obtaining building permits and approvals and a quick build time of 4 months, making for a successful development for us.

Canterbury Road
 

Development of a vacant block of land in a busy industrial area of Braeside. The development comprised six factories, with approvals for office fitouts, fully equipped bathrooms and kitchenettes and on-title parking.

 

The project involved management of the planning process including drafting of plans, and obtaining town planning and permits, through to construction and sale of the individual factories.

Ardoyne Street


Transformation of a large home into a modern sanctuary with an emphasis on family living and entertaining. The project entailed structural changes to create open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, complete with butlers pantry and indoor/outdoor servery. A fully roofed outdoor area, integrated bbq and outhouse created true alfresco living. Upgrades to engineered oak flooring and new carpets, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry and wall finishes completed the transformation.

Highett Road

 

A complete renovation of a classic post-war brick veneer. With solid foundations, this well-loved home was transformed into a modern retreat with indoor outdoor living, open-plan layout and generous bedrooms with functional design and remarkable storage space. The project included full home renovation, outdoor alfresco area and landscaping to front and rear gardens.
